Cancellation and refund conditions for services provided by ALL SEASONS TOURS&TRAVEL may differ according to the booking and the relevant supplier’s terms.

Service-specific conditions

Airline fare rules, hotel policies, transportation supplier rules, event and organisation supplier terms, customised travel arrangements and package-tour rules where applicable may affect cancellation and refund amounts. There is no single universal refund rule for every booking.

Before you confirm

Specific cancellation and refund terms will be communicated before you confirm and pay for the relevant service. Where applicable, refunds will be processed according to the confirmed service conditions and applicable legislation. Supplier charges disclosed before purchase as non-refundable may not be refundable where legally applicable.

Mandatory consumer rights under Turkish law remain reserved. For package tours, mandatory rights under applicable Turkish package-tour legislation remain reserved.
