Personal data that may be processed
This may include name and surname, email, telephone number, travel and reservation information, destination, requested dates, number of guests, enquiry and message content, billing and transaction information, communication records and, where applicable, technical website information.
Purposes of processing
Data may be used to answer enquiries, prepare travel and organisation proposals, make and manage reservations, deliver contracted travel and tourism services, communicate with customers, manage invoicing and accounting, fulfil legal obligations, administer payment processes, provide customer service and coordinate operations.
Data transfers
Where needed for the requested service or legal obligations, relevant information may be transferred to accommodation providers, airlines and transport providers, transfer companies, guides, event and organisation suppliers, payment service providers, accountants and legally authorised public authorities. Article 11 of Law No. 6698 gives you rights to learn whether your data is processed; request information if it is; learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, or deletion or destruction where conditions are met, and notification of those actions to relevant third parties; object to an outcome against you arising solely from automated analysis; and request compensation if unlawful processing causes damage.
